For nearly 40 years our client has designed, crafted and installed over 3,000 of their bespoke Wine Cellars and Wine Rooms at customer sites both in the UK and globally, resulting with thousands of satisfied customers who are now passionate champions of their brand. They are dedicated to designing and installing high end specification wine rooms and cellars for some of the country's leading residential properties bespoke to the client's needs and the specifications of their interior designers, developers and architects.

Following a period of sustained growth we are now seeking to appoint a Specification Sales Manager to join their committed team.
What will you be doing?

Your role will include generating new business and creating lasting business relationships with architects, designers and developers, project appointments and site visits, liaising with the estimating team to produce accurate estimates, following up quotations and conversion into orders and project managing customer orders to ensure accuracy of all technical specifications.

Our client's customers are typically high net worth individuals including celebrities, or they may be are customers who have saved up for many years to fulfil their passion, however they all both expect and receive exceptional customer service throughout the full installation process.

Due to the nature of the role travel across the South East and surrounding areas will be likely, with your time spent between the London head office and customer sites throughout the South East / Nationwide.. Therefore we are flexible on your home location, however you must possess a full driving licence.

What background will you need to have?

You will need to have a demonstrable track record of sales to main contractors, house builders, developers, architects and designers. Ideally this will be combined with experience of selling luxury home products i.e. high end kitchens, furniture or similar.
You will be an effective influencer with experience of building trusted relationships within the luxury construction market, dealing with long and complex sales cycles with a technical specified high order value product.

What are the rewards?

Basic salary of up to £40,000 pa plus commission plus bonus plus company vehicle plus fuel card, laptop, pension and expenses/company credit card. Holiday allowance is 20 days plus 8 bank holidays plus an additional 6 days over Christmas. Social events encouraged!
