Due to increasing demand from our ever growing client base, we are now expanding in partnership with experienced, entrepreneurial and ambitious recruiters, people who have the desire to go it alone, but who also have the commercial awareness to know that 80% of all new businesses fail in the first two years, so instead they prefer to have the help and support of an established recruitment company behind them.

Our business partners enjoy the benefits of a basic salary, access to over 80 office locations for client meetings and candidate interviewing, administrative and secretarial support, invoice factoring and credit control, group wide preferred supplier list clients, ring in vacancies generated by our internet marketing, access to all major job boards and CV libraries, plus our in house Bond Adapt database of over 10,000 clients and 20,000 candidates - all this and more. In fact everything they require to concentrate on growing their own recruitment business!

Our unique model allows our partners to share in the profits of their hard work, and rewards them by encouraging growth through increased equity in the business.

Not everyone who applies to join our partnership program is accepted. Because we do not charge any upfront fees the entire initial financial risk is taken by Bluefire, so only those applicants who we believe can add value and grow the Bluefire brand will become business partners. However for those who do successfully qualify the rewards are substantial, with typical earnings in the region of £50k to £80k pa, and more importantly a stake in your own business within 2 years!

To apply to become a Bluefire partner you must have significant recruitment knowledge and experience of your chosen industry sector, combined with a proven track record of being able to generate in the region of £15k gross profit per month in either Permanent fees and/or Contract margin (the above earnings of £50k-£80k assume annual personal billings in the region £170k-£180k).

Above all you will have the ambition and desire to build your own recruitment company with our investment, help and support.
