We are looking for a dynamic, sociable and ambitious individual to join the Liverpool head office of our expanding company. Educated to degree level or equivalent in preferably a business or IT related subject, and combined with a strong academic track record, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, personal initiative, attention to detail, excellent time management and reasonable/strong IT knowledge as these are all essential attributes required by the role.

Our clients include brands such as Virgin, Fujitsu, HSS Hire, Nespresso, Wagamamas and Maersk Shipping. Due to the corporate nature of the roles that we recruit for an excellent telephone manner, professional attitude and commercial awareness are extremely important, as is an aptitude for quick learning in a fast paced exciting environment.

Prior experience to working within the recruitment industry is not essential but previous commercial experience gained either pre/post university or as a placement would be of a distinct advantage. More important is the desire to join a company where you will be involved in the development and direction of a successful brand within the recruitment industry.

Initially, you will receive training on all operational aspects or running a recruitment business, duties will include; being the first point of contact for our clients & candidates, answering and directing phone calls to the relevant departments, compiling consultant & resourcer daily statistics, ensuring all databases are kept up to date, formatting candidate CVs, amending legal documents, conducting credit checks, assisting the payroll and marketing departments, and general administrative duties.

After initial training of 3-6 months you will be working closely with the Managing Director and will take responsibility for all aspects of internet marketing, PR and social media campaigns, communications, research projects and liaison with 3rd party/external service providers. You will be also involved in presentations to clients at board level in regards to the executive search services we provide.

Working hours are Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 6:00pm and Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm





Initial package includes an excellent first year salary of circa £20,000 to £25,000 including basic salary, company profit share, 20 days holiday plus bank holidays and also your birthday off as an additional paid holiday. After your probationary period you will also be provided with a company laptop and an iPhone.
